2. Estimates and Service Agreements
We offer no-obligation service quotes through our Request a Quote form or by phone. Estimates are based on the initial site evaluation and may be revised if job conditions change (e.g., hidden hazards, property access limitations, or additional requested work).
Clients will receive a detailed breakdown of recommended services and pricing prior to scheduling.
3. Responsibilities of the Client
To ensure smooth operations and safety, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate service location information and clear access to the work area.
- Disclose underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden obstacles.
- Keep children, pets, and personal property clear of the work zone during active service hours.
- Obtain any local permits for tree removal, unless otherwise specified by our team (see tree permit information).
4. Scheduling, Cancellations & Weather Conditions
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Sudden weather shifts or hazardous site conditions may require us to delay or reschedule services in the interest of crew safety and compliance with local bylaws.
Clients will be notified promptly in such cases, and we will prioritize rescheduling at the earliest convenience.
5. Liability and Insurance
